Messieccec provides public speaking and communication training services, including:

• In-person and virtual training courses
• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Corporate training programs
• Educational content and resources
• Consultation services

Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering for our courses or services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

• Course enrollment is subject to availability
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Course schedules and content may be modified as necessary
• Prerequisites may apply to certain advanced courses

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upon enrollment unless otherwise specified
• Payment plans may be available for certain programs
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Company Cancellations

If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available course at no additional cost.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat all participants and instructors with respect and courtesy
• Arrive punctually and participate actively in sessions
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' presentations and feedback
• Use appropriate language and behavior
• Follow instructor guidance and safety protocols

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and methodologies are proprietary to Messieccec and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially use course materials
• Record sessions without explicit written permission
• Share course content with non-participants
• Use our methodologies for commercial training purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Messieccec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

Privacy

Modification of Terms
